Today I went in to get one of the treatments I’ve been getting done which is the facial hair removal. I made the mistake in not asking to get numbed like I normally do. On a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 3. I have a good pain tolerance, however I had a new nurse named Krizelle who made the process so much easier as well as quick. She was so sweet and made the process much more comfortable when she would give me quick breaks. She explained the process which I always like hearing so I know what will be happening at the moment. I recommend coming here as I’ve always had such great experiences with everyone.

Great place, clean, front desk is very sweet and helpful. Nurse Lily is so kind, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable. For laser hair removal I am seeing great results on my under arms, I shave there about every 2 weeks now, as well as the happy trail. For the Brazilian area I’m not seeing as much results, but I am happy with the fact I don’t get razor bumps anymore. Definitely worth it especially for living in California.
