At first I was embarrassed being a plus size gal but all the ladies made me feel so comfortable. They were super friendly. I had body hair removal and I go every 6 weeks. The nurse Dakota was absolutely amazing, answered all my questions and did an amazing job. The ladies up front, Yanira & Felicia really connected with me. I ended up staying for almost an hour just chatting away. Their smiles are contagious and they are always extremely friendly. I actually have another appointment later today and I always look forward to going. Thanks ladies! 🙂

This place gives you so much relief. I had a problem with in growns, and who wants to talk about body issues? I have spoken to many girls there and they’re all amazing. If you feel awkward talking about your body, ask for Lauren. She makes things feel so normal and not embarrassing. This location is also super easy on parking compared to a lot of the other locations.

I went to Laseraway Woodland Hills for Coolslupting. After initial consulting, I was told there will be a 20% reduction of fat after 6 months. 3 treatments per area were recommended and $9000 was charged. After 6 months, my treated area looks worse and they told me today that they can’t do anything about it, it is what it is and that I have gained weight which is obsurd. This facility is only business, they rip people off, they wouldn’t even offer to treat the area again or do anything about it. Don’t ever go to them. They are only riping people and not telling them the truth, total business. Shouldn’t have wasted a penny on them. Save yourself and don’t ever go there!!!!

I love all the nurses there they do a great job at paying attention to details. Also the front desk staff is super helpful in answering all of my questions and making me feel comfortable.

Such a great experience at the Calabasas location! Everyone is so sweet and accommodating. I got laser hair removal on my legs and bikini line and my nurse even gave me an ice pack to numb the bikini area if needed. The legs do not hurt at all and it was very fast. I had my first cool-sculpting treatment in August. Sophia and David were at the front desk and they were so kind and helpful I felt great about being there. Marcella did my treatment and she was knowledgeable and gave me great tips and advice. My second treatment was in September with Alyssa and she was also amazing and even went out of her way to show me my progress. I have made a lot of progress with my sculpting and the staff is so wonderful that I signed up for another package with Sophia’s help. I can’t say enough good things about the treatment and staff!
