I got great services here. Very satisfied with the results. After 8 sessions I have almost no hair at all on my back and I used to have a lot! Love Laseraway everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Tracy is great very accommodating and friendly. Victoria the nurse is awesome as well and takes nursing to the next level. She makes me feel very comfortable and explains everything as she is preforming the procedures. She’s very friendly and professional at the same time. I’m just waiting now for the actual results. Last March I went in for my regularly scheduled appointment only to be told that there system said I had already attended my appointment a week prior and that they couldn’t see me because the dates were too close together. It was an unbelievable accusation. I understand trying to keep your patients safe, but LISTEN to your customer when they insist that they weren’t there and make it right. I escalated it to the Area manager who continued to side with the receptionist. I demanded a refund for the package I purchased which they finally agreed to accommodate and over 1 year later, I still don’t have it. Never go here. Last March I went in for my regularly scheduled appointment only to be told that there system said I had already attended my appointment a week prior and that they couldn’t see me because the dates were too close together.
