I did cool sculpting with Ashley. She is amazing, very kind and detail oriented to ensure the applicator fits correctly and is administered correctly. Likewise, she answers all my questions and makes sure I am comfortable with the whole process. The girls that work at the reception are also very helpful with scheduling and rescheduling my appointments when I need it and informative about All their offerings and highlights promotions as they come up.

Everyone here is so helpful and nice. They explain everything very well and show real examples and results. had the pleasure of getting laser hair removal done by Jezmine, she was very attentive and understanding. She does a superb job of talking through what she’s doing and making sure I’m comfortable. I wanted to update my review from my first experience (which was amazing) and I am surprised to say that I am wowed every time I come in for an appointment. The care I receive is top tier and I really feel apart of the Laseraway family. I always look forward to my appointments and as I am coming to an end with my laser hair removal journey (which I’m getting phenomenal results with) I am glad to say Laseraway has also blown we away with their other services like their Clear and Brilliant! They really have the best team at Northbrook Laseraway! I love every single one of their nurses and everyone who works in the front helping me with patient care and scheduling! Had an appointment with Ashley today. Being in the beauty industry, the first thing I noticed was how clean the facility was. Major points. Ashley greeted me promptly and had a very thorough consultation with me before starting out service. She was extremely personable and made me feel so comfortable. Conversation was effortless. As far as the service goes, it went by super fast and to my surprise the pain was a minimum. I will most definitely be back to see Ashley in another 6 weeks.

They were friendly and knowledgeable from the get go. Alexis at the front desk answered all my questions and reassured me about the low level of pain. Ashley performed the hair removal service of the bikini area. She was also experienced and knowledgeable, answering all questions and performing the service expertly. The pain was Very minimal – way LESS painful than any bikini wax I’ve ever had and it took only minutes. I have about 7 more sessions but now I know how it works and look forward to removing this hair permanently! Great service and business.
