They always last me 3 weeks, and she is always quick and thorough. I have been coming here since the business opened and they never disappoint! I’ve tried other places out of curiosity but I always find myself coming back. I appreciate that it’s a family run business so they truly care about their clients. Rarely have I ever had issues with extensions falling out too soon, and if I ever did they were quick to accommodate. All the technicians are great. I usually book any technician however I was so impressed recently by Angela. She is so sweet and so talented! I was blown away by her work. I received so many compliments when she did my lashes. Mind you, I’m a make up artist so my fellow artists were complimenting my lashes. Highly recommend ilash and skincare!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. POSSIBLE unlicensed lash techs. I contact ILash and was given an appointment for 6/14 after prepaying for the lashes $110 (this was with a $70 coupon) and lash removal $25. I thought this was odd initially, but it made sense later. The day of, parking was horrible, and the elevator was broken. As I walk in the front desk area was dim and poorly decorated with random items throughout that had nothing to do with lashes (i.e. jewelry, wine bottles.) I proceeded to the room and the lash tech removed my lashes and then walked me over to another room with another lash tech. I was confused but was explained that they work by the hour. The second lash tech, Betzabeth Millan, seemed annoyed and started telling me what she recommended. I asked to show her a picture so she can see what I want but she said that it wouldn’t make a difference because people have different eyelashes. Since the other lash tech that removed my lashes was there, I asked her if she had noticed the length of my previous lashes to help guide this new tech. She told her 14’s. I asked Betzabeth I wanted to keep my length but in a natural, she responded combatively to the point I told her that if she did not feel comfortable doing them it was ok I can have someone else do them. She agreed but very reluctantly. Exactly after an hour, my lashes were done. When I looked at them Betzabeth had put all 14’s. I looked horrific and immediately asked her to remove them. She replied that she couldn’t because she had another client. I spoke with the manager, Giancarlo, who also identified as the co-owner and the one the teaches the courses. He said he had no one that could remove them and that I would need to make an appointment and come back. I was hesitant but agreed. In my car I took a close look at my lashes at literally broke down because they were so bad. This made matters worse. They started to fall and now I had gaps. I went back upstairs immediately to show Giancarlo who only kept insisting for me to stop crying or they would all fall off and that they looked “good”. I gain requested for someone to remove them but he was adamant that nothing could be done that day and I would need to come back, which I refused. I went to the Lash Lounge at Dadeland and had them removed. I contacted them a few days later and asked for her license number of Betzabeth as I had not seen her certificate in the room. Antonio a co-owner and dad to Giancarlo, advised me he could not provide that info and Giancarlo would call me back. I left several messages with no response, which brought me to leave this review. I have to assume that their lack of response answers my question. So many things could have been done by this business to resolve this situation, but they dropped the ball. Giancarlo could have easily asked a lash tech to take off my lashes which only took 20 mins or he should have offered to do it. It’s obvious this business’ practices are questionable and I warn others to do their lashes elsewhere.
