I come here for my tattoo removal. I love the staff and everything, everyone is super nice & professional. But the aftercare that they give you? It’s terrible, I will attach photos. They really need to improve this nonsense, it’s basically a clinic and they need to have more essentials because the way the nurse bandage up my hands was ridiculous, it’s like they LACK ESSENTIALS to provide for patients. PLEASE IMPROVE THIS BS.

I have been asking for a refund for a cool sculpting service I NEVER received, I’ve been patient for 2 months at this point asking to speak to Kayla, because apparently she’s the only representative that can assist me with the refund. I was told be Kayla that my refund was processed and would take 10 business days to reflect. 12 days later I called the refinance company affiliated with laser away and they instructed me that they don’t see any refund request or processed refunds on their end. I called on a weekly basis, twice a week asking for my issue to be resolved. Time and time again I was informed that Kayla would be in contact with me to explain the situation. Kayla never called me back. There was a number where I was corresponding with Kayla for weeks that suddenly stopped working. Another representative told me they would email me a receipt of my refund, that email was never sent to me, I spoke to another representative asking for them to forward me the email, they told me an email doesn’t exist and that they aren’t allowed to forward me that information. I called again, and was told my situation would be forwarded to corporate since Kayla hasn’t been responding to her emails, and they said the forwarded emails would be marked as urgent so that it will be resolved. 2 weeks later and nothing has been done for this issue, yet I keep receiving bills by the refinance Service saying I’m over due. I requested this refund weeks in advance of my rescheduled appointment, because they also initially booked me for the wrong day, the day I walked in that I booked, and received text confirmation for – was booked for 2 weeks after the date I booked for. Which is why I decided to cancel in the first place.

I love this location and it’s all thanks to Curlee! I purchased an underarm and Brazilian package and my visit went super well. I was completely nervous but Curlee made me feel super comfortable. She took her time with my laser hair removal and eased the pain with giving me time to breathe.
