Dr. Thomas and Keith treat me really well and their prices are fair. Dr. T knows her stuff, has a fun way of explaining things, and will consider my input with respect to my skincare while letting me know if it is the right direction to take. Keith is always fun to chat with, strikes me as an honest guy, and gives me options with respect to packages to take advantage of and whatnot.

I have been going to Laser Essentials since 2017 and I have no regrets! I have course dark hair and my hair removal journey before Dr. Thomas and Keith was a mess. I have tried everything from shaving to waxing, creams and epilators which only caused more issues. I easily got ingrown hairs and scarring from shaving despite the recommend pre and post care. Also, despite going to reputable waxing places I once got my skin ripped off which left scabs that were almost like burn marks and I was unable to wear a bikini during my trip to Vegas.

Dr. Thomas & Mr. Keith are awesome! If you are looking for a professional and friendly place for laser hair removal. The prices are phenomenal and I love how they make me feel a part of the family. I don’t often make reviews but I’ve been two other laser hair removal offices within the DMV and Laser Essential has the best Laser for darker skin tones and/or people of color. I highly recommend this office!

Don’t waste your time or money here. Male receptionist is full of himself and thinks he is doing you a favor. Despite of having an appointment at noon, they weren’t ready for my treatment. Male receptionist was extremely rude and started screaming at me just because I made a comment about the delay on my treatment. He has zero inter personal skills and costumer service. I don’t do business with people that think they are doing you a favor when you actually paying a lot for a service. Also, they have tons of internal rules about no refunds, pre-payments etc. Be careful with that, they may charge you even if they don’t do any work on you. Waste of time and energy…!

I love this place! Honestly I love that they will talk to you versus talk at you. They are not robotic in nature they are very people oriented and will cater to the person in front of them and not just treat you like another number. They both are highly skilled at what they do and the quality of service was top notch!

Laser Essential in College Park, Maryland is one of the best laser treatment centers in the DMV. I’ve gone to Cultura and a private laser doctor and the service at Laser Essential is top notch. Dr. Thomas’ price includes the face, chin, and neck and it is reasonable if not cheaper than what I had in the past. She is fast and I am seeing great results. I recommend Dr. Thomas to all my friends who are looking to get rid of facial hair.

I previously went to a hair removal place in Rockville that is now closed but it literally did nothing to me. I have very thick hair and I noticed a difference after the first treatment and it also helped the ingrown spot scars I had. other than it actually working I look forward to seeing Keith and Dr. Thomas! They are so kind I’m not sure what happened with everyone else but from my experience and what I’ve seen they’re great.

Went there for 1 trial session and did not notice any results. Instead had new and increased hair growth in areas that were previously hairless (after my previous laser hair removal sessions elsewhere. ) Called the owner and explained the situation and he wished me luck finding a better place.
