Not impressed with this visit. I came in with a friend and while she was serviced right away, I waited 20 minutes soaking in some luke warm water until finally I changed my mind. I requested a menu for prices and after pointing out a discrepancy, I was told “wrong! Menu too old.” I decided to be a good patron and get my natural nails manicured with clear polish. $20.00. No problem. I asked for a eyebrow wax. $10.00. My friend got a pedicure/ manicure $50.00. Before leaving a patron came in with a complaint, and it loud and aggressive sounding. This ruined my positive vibe. Not sure what to think or feel. They can’t control patrons, but they should improve the resolution process. Language is certain a barrier.

TERRIBLE!! I came here to get an acrylic overlay while I was on spring break, the guy who did my nails filed my right pinky TOO MUCH even after I moved my hand from the pain, he put nail polish remover in the cut from the file, too. It’s been about 2 almost 3 hours since I’ve left and my finger is STILL throbbing from the pain. He even saw the cut and the blood and didn’t stop. He also overcharged, an acrylic overlay is $20, maybe $25 but I was charged $45 for this. My paint and nail chipped literally when I walked in the door. This is the worst and most unprofessional place ever.

This place should be reported at this point. Their customer service is lacking. They don’t listen to customers and they change the cost of the service throughout the process. I came for a pedicure and decided to get a manicure with a full set as well. I specifically said I wanted acrylic on my nails.I was satisfied with the tech who did my pedicure and appreciated his hospitality during my pedicure. The tech and process of getting my manicure is what ruined my experience and eating. Half way through my manicure it was established that I would pay $75 and one of the techs attempted to put gel on my nails. I stopped to remind him that’s not what I want and would like an acrylic full set. They tried to persuade me to get something different but I told them my final decision. Aa the tech was finishing they told me I then owed $90 and would not clearly tell me why they changed my price. After putting in the acrylic set the tech attempted to put gel on my nails again. I corrected him and at this point he pretended to act confused. I had to stop him again and this point he still would not clearly say what he was doing to my nails and wiped off my top coat. In the end I had to pay $86 and was very disappointed in how this was handled. I had to repeatedly tell the tech I did not a specific material on my body. That is unacceptable.

I told the tall man with glasses that i wanted short square nails he filed my first two toes slanted i said its crooked its not straight he said ill fix it he made it even more slanted then proceed to file all the way down to my skin and rounded my toe like a thumb i ask him to just stop because he ruined the entire shape and length of my toe nail the head lady said they will fix it by using acrylic keep and mind i never ask for im thinking their just got to fix it because it was his fault no they charged me for it then as he proceeds to clean my cuticles he nipped the skin off my toe so literally the whole time he trying to proceed with the process my big toe is literally bleeding but not only did they charge me full price after getting nipped they charged me an extra $10

Very Unprofessional. They was playing bird music the WHOLE time and it took them a hour and 30 minutes just to do my TOES only. They didn’t understand what we was saying and we had to repeat MULTIPLE times. He took a piece of my skin off from doing my toes. This was my first time and most definitely will be my last. Do NOT come here.

The service was awful! The employees weren’t really friendly. My pedicure was rushed. I got the Deluxe 1 and I wouldn’t even consider it a regular pedicure…no massage really, no hot towels, and nothing put in my water. The water was HOT and I had to ask several times to add cool water. I had to ASK for a soda or water (since I didn’t want the wine that comes with the Deluxe, but the wine was never offered in the first place). My full-set wasn’t as bad but I wasn’t completely satisfied with it.

when i went one lady told me a price for a fullset then the lady that did my nails charged me a diffent price i had got mood nail polish and i noticed when i left wasnt the one i picked out and the lady doin my nails sneezed and didnt even cover her face i was like wth and my 2 index fingers one nail is longer then the other will never go there again worst service just got them done yesterday and doesnt even look like smh

Unsanitary! I stopped here to get a manicure because I was in a crunch for time. This place is Unsanitary ! They use loose tools from drawers. When I asked if I could have clean tools used on my nails, the Manicurist became upset and sprayed the tools abruptly with alcohol. This was the pra choice for myself and the client next to me. I left because I did not feel safe from a healthy practice perspective!

Came here Friday to get my nails done before my trip. I got an acrylic full set, while I was out of town my nails started to come off. I came in this morning to have them fixed and the young lady who did them was not here. I asked the other techs who weren’t doing anything to fix them, I was not rude. She said to go pick polish, but as I was looking I could not find the same color that I had the first time. I asked her if she could use a different polish because I did not want multi-colored nails. She refused and said find similar color.
