I wish I could give this place 5 stars for their customer service (they’re really nice and friendly), but unfortunately I can’t. I got my nails done on Saturday and today is Thursday, so 5 days and all my gel manicure came completely off. I went in to get a manicure + pedicure total came out to $90, which is regular for that service. However, when I get gel manicure it usually lasts for at LEAST 2-3 weeks, 5 days is unbelievable 🙁

I hate giving poor reviews but this was one of the most frustrating and painful nail experiences I’ve ever received. I wouldn’t recommend this place if it were the last salon on earth. I’ve been getting nail art done for a long time, and never in my entire life has it taken over three hours to get a manicure. I walk in for my 2 PM appointment and let the technician know that I have sensitive, eczema prone skin. The next two hours she cuts my cuticles to blood, whilst spraying acetone on all fingers FOUR different times. (Each time burned like the pits of hell.) Next I am told to wait 10 minutes until another technician who specializes in nail art is free. By now I’m already super antsy but I reluctantly agree. The second nail tech had to re-shape every nail, as a few were crooked from the first tech. She is rough as well and I bleed on a third finger. Finally at the 3 hour 15 min mark I am free. I told the “checkout” lady how unhappy I was and she didn’t offer me any discount. On top of it all, the manicure I walked out with was lousy looking, considering I spent a quarter of my day there. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Lanicure Nail Bar.

I loved the first set that I got from this place and it lasted over a month without breaking. Decided to come back and unfortunately The second set I got were much shorter and one nail broke after only one day, the next one after three days. For a $120 price tag, was hoping these would last a bit longer.

ITS THE REBRANDING FOR ME! I’ve been getting my nails done here when it was called Scene Space – the real ones know! Every nail tech here is so nice and talented! My favorite nail tech is Pi, I’m always excited to get my nails done because we get to catch up and have a good keke. Also, this is where I discovered my love for gel x and Pi slaysss every time on my XXXL. I always get compliments on my nails! Customer service is always top tier and this will be my forever nail home <3

Today I went into the appointment specifically telling the esthetician that I wanted my nails to be kept long and in the end he had basically filed them completely down. I work really hard to grow my nails out and I had the most beautiful long nails that have taken me months to grow but the esthetician today just chose to completely disregard my request. Employees at Lanicure are rude and oftentimes give you a lot of attitude when you ask questions or make requests as I saw today. Not to mention, I was charged $95 dollars for this disappointing manicure. I was happier with my nails before coming to this salon.

Consider me a new regular! Stephanie was AMAZING for my all in pedicure. She’s super sweet and great personality. She even brought me a mimosa (with a little refill). The pedicure was great, my legs and nails looked and felt amazing. The oil they use here is ultra shiny and luxe Jennifer did a lovely job on my manicure. Next time I’ll have to get the all in with extensions- because their nail art is beautiful here!
