I wasn’t sure what to expect when I booked my appointment with Mandi (suite 8). I’ve never been to this type of salon. I really liked it!! Mandi was great! She took her time to find out just what I wanted, and made sure I would be comfortable styling it myself. It still looks great! I really like the atmosphere of the boutiques. Even though each boutique is separate, everyone you pass (or that passes you) smiles and greets you. It’s a very comfortable, friendly atmosphere. Can’t wait to have Mandi “make my day” again, I’ll definitely be back!

I was given a gift certificate in 2012 and misplaced it only to find a month ago (had a 5 year expiration). I scheduled a visit online and went tonight for my haircut. The stylist worked for an hour and I was very pleased with my styling. I handed her the gift card, but it was not accepted in her scanner. She went and spoke to Nicole who advised her it could not be accepted, except by Raun, Nicole or another person (owners?). I did not have $50 on me. Nicole told my stylist the salon had sent out emails giving people until February 1 to use their cards and that they could only be used with Raun, Nicole or the other person. That is a bunch of bull. This was a gift to me. I never received an email (how could I?)! The stylist was very understanding when I told her I did not have the $50. I was able to tip her. She was very kind, but she was out of that money. So unbusinesslike. I will not return to Raun Hairdressers Or the new Beauty Boutiques. They screwed this stylist out of her money. I would give the stylist 5 stars, but the Salon treatment to this worker was horrible.

I had a Raun gift card for $50 that doesn’t expire til next year. Even though this company is still owned by Raun, they won’t honor my gift card. It’s awful to have a company STEAL your hard earned money. When I reached out to the owner, Nicole, she was less than helpful. What an awful way to run a business.

The service at Rauns salon was terrific. Friendly environment very accommodating. Bridal party of seven came in and we were amazed, everyone loved their hair and makeup. It was fast and everyone was so happy! Highly recommend Rauns for any hair or makeup services!

I had a full acrylic set done at Rauns in April and was very disappointed with how they came out. I went back in to have them fixed and still looked horrible. I have tried several times to contact someone about this, even leaving multiple messages for the owner and no one will return my calls. Luckily I found a small family run nail salon that knows how to do nails and treat their customers. I would stay away from Rauns if you are looking to have a service done right the first time… Or second.

It’s not called Raun’s hairdressers and day spa anymore. They call it Raun’s Boutiques. I miss the old way somewhat, but I’m getting used to the way they are doing it now. Each person has there own boutique inside, they are running there own business and you have to schedule your appointments online now with each person.

STAY FAR AWAY. My extensions fell out in 48 hours…I went back to get them put in and they refused. Horrible service, was even bullied by a certain stylist named Gina. I called the owner Nicole and she refused to refund. There’s so many other fabulous salons…these untalented wannabees will just rip you off and destroy your hair, then disrespect you. STAY AWAY!!
