I have been going to this salon for a few years now. Today they burned my face really bad with wax, not just once, but twice. She said oh, I use vasaline to cool it down. Are you kidding me? My face is swollen and it burns and all she said was sorry. The place was disgustingly dirty and the utensils i understand are used over over over. The polish, is old as well. I have taken pictures of my face and will see this through until something is done to shut this place down.
