I’m giving two stars because these people pretend they don’t understand but do. I requested the hr massage and was unaware that my time had started as soon as I walked through the door, I’m talking about stepped foot in the building. I arrived and walked through the door at 11:50 which is when they started my 60 mins. They factored in “clothing removal and waiting on the masseuse to enter the room”into my 60 min time frame. The massage was rushed and sorry. I turned over and he did a 15 minute sheet massage just to say “ok hour over” which was before 12:50!! I walked out of the massage room at 12:50 after putting my clothes back on which means he had to stop well before that so I could get dressed! They still expected to get paid the full amount for about a 45 min sorry and random massage! I will not be back! The masseuse is just rubbing on you with no purpose!

I just had the one of the worst experiences. The massage was ok, I got ready to pay and she demanded a 20% tip or I couldn’t come back to get another message. I have never had anyone demand I tip an amount they approve or I will be banned! I will never come back to this place again.

Absolutely loved it! Thank you so much! Reason it was so amazing is due to how magical the massage felt. Just tell them exactly how firm/soft you want the massage and they will make it happen. Was the best massage I’ve ever received and they made sure to take necessary covid steps to ensure everyone’s safety! Definitely will be coming back!

I have been there a few times over the last 2 years. When Genia was doing my massage, it was great. But it has not been very good the last couple of times. The people are nice and smile but they do not listen or maybe understand when you talk to the person doing massage. You get what ever you get. Hit or miss but lately it has been miss.
