I live right across the street and can’t believe I’ve been overlooking this gem. Quick, friendly and talented. Mike did my nails and he took less than hour for a full SNS set with tip. This is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to on planet Earth. My normal salon wasn’t open today so I decided to try this place. What a huge mistake. It was my daughter’s birthday and I brought in myself and 2 of my daughter’s. Their attitudes are horrible. Every last person here. No greeting, grabbing and snatching my hands. Once we got in the car from the appointment my daughter stated she felt uncomfortable bc they were so rude (I wish she’d told me sooner bc we would’ve left earlier). No lotion with pedicures and sns powder all over my hands when I left. THIS ENTIRE SALON HAD A BAD ATTITUDE. I’m not sure if they all just woke up on the wrong side of the bed, but we were the first people here and experienced this. I asked to correct my nail color immediately after I chose it and the guy yelled at me “ok, you have to pick a color, what are you gonna get”?? I had literally just sat down. Customer service doesn’t exist here. I wish I never found this place. Do yourself a favor and go up the street to Sugarcoat. Do not go to this extremely low budget place even in a crunch. You’re better off doing your own nails. My entire day is now ruined now that I have to go somewhere else and truly get my nails/feet done. I wish I could give this place negative ten stars. From the owners/managers to the staff AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. They even cut my nails with the file a few times.

I’ve been here before and now they say that Under New Management Under New Management or under old management I am quite sure I prefer old because these people in her Rude the manager walked up after I spoke with two ladies who seem to get irritated with me asking questions about the price but I’m not going to pay for something that I do not understand and there’s no reason why she paying $80 for a fill and two designs next the manager got mad after he refused to do my nails and say nobody in here could do my nails and he told me that I can go to upscale now other Street and then walk back to the back and tell the people in his little language that he told me to go to upscale now because he said upscale in English or whatever and everybody started laughing like I’m some sort of joke then he comes back to the front as soon as I get on the phone to tell me that I can’t be on the phone inside that makes no sense at all that I must step outside to get on the phone

I’ve been here a few times with months in between and service is usually good. I walked in on a Sunday morning about 5 minutes after their scheduled opening time and they were already full. I waited about 30-45 minutes and then I was serviced . It went smoothly… I would return.
