I have been coming to see Kristi (Tranquility) for a year, since right after my surgery. She is the only massage therapist in the area that was knowledgeable about lymphatic massage and was willing to massage me with drainage tubes still attached. A true life saver! She truly cares for her clients, and you can definitely tell! She always makes sure to ask if there is a specific place or anything bothering you. I very much enjoy the attention to detail when adjusting various parts of the body and stretching or massaging based on what’s needed, and in a way that can actually help your pain points feel better. In comparison to a massage from a place like massage envy, my experience here feels way more therapeutic and would provide lasting results for the next week at least!

Paid for three massages. During the first, and last, massage the therapist divulged she was injured and unable to apply more pressure. I am currently five days into trying to get my money refunded for services not rendered. I’ve called multiple times during business hours and am forced to leave voice mails every time because no one picks up the phone. Also during the massage there was loud talking in an adjacent room (presumably between staff). Also, I’m used to receiving a cup of warm herbal tea after a massage. Nada. I would not recommend this business.

Very professional, had a fusion done and always in chronic pain, Tracy did a top notch job and explained why and how to help. She did a great job relaxing pinched nerves and sore joints. As soon as we finished I booked my wife a 90 minute massage. You want real help for pain book an appt now because she books fast.
