I been going to the same barber since I was in college for the same haircut. Since I no longer live in that area I had to find a spot closer by. Thats how I found Mark and you can imagine how worried I was transitioning from a long term barber. All I asked was for a taper and to shorten the length of the back and thats exactly what he gave me. Great guy, great conversationalist and a great experience. I’ll see you soon, Mark!

I scheduled a haircut using a website linked in description of this place and arrived 5 minutes early, I heard a “hello”, so I did not wear the cloak of invisibility that day. Two barbers were busy with their clients. I waited 5 minutes. Then I waited 30 more minutes (basically the whole time slot that I scheduled). Nobody said a word about why I am waiting, which barber and when is going to do a haircut for me. Instead another customer arrived much later than me and swapped with the customer who was already there. All 3 of them (the barber and two customers who swapped their place had a very active discussion).

Easily the worst haircut I have ever got. Staff was extremely rude and my haircut was completely botched. The barber was actually making fun of me and shaming me for the haircut he was giving me. He couldn’t even follow basic instructions; he turned the undercut I asked for into a mohawk, buzzed a full inch higher than the line I drew with my finger along my head, and topped it off by saying I looked retarded. I was stunned at how awful this place was. Never go here.

The duo who work here are so pleasant. They take the time to do a great job and ensure customer satisfaction. It might be a bit of a wait in the evening as it seems to be a popular time, but the results are totally worth it. I’ve got many compliments on my recent hair cut over the last week. I’m definitely going back here again! It’s been a long time since I didn’t feel rushed during a hair cut!
