I’ve been going to this business for over a year now. And I stand by them. The employees are so friendly and patient! (I get a lot of different designs). I started with pedicures and then acrylics. They’ve done manicures and acrylics for friends/coworkers of mine. I’ve never left that chair without feeling satisfied and pampered! Mindy is the bomb dot com. She is so RAD and super friendly. She made my nails look like tigers eye. I have been going here for a while now and my daughter loves to get a pedicure when Mindy does my nails. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else this place is absolutely WONDERFUL. I LOVE IT!!!

I came into Lake Tye Nails yesterday as a new client, I was picky about my color choice requesting about seven different samples or variations of pinks to which the manicurist “Mindy” was patient with me never seeming annoyed by my indecision. My nails were very well done. I would also add that this nail salon did not seem to “smell” or have that typical strong odor that some nail salons do.

Horrible service and not welcoming. We made appointments for 2:30 (pedicure,manicure and two polish changes on toes for three of us). When we arrived we waited for 40 minutes to get seated at a pedicure chair. My sister who wanted to get a manicure before she’s due In a week waited a total of 50 minutes until she was seated! My 6 year old daughter was so patient the entire two hours we were there! I ended up not getting a manicure since we were there so long. That’s unacceptable especially when we made appointments. They could have at least communicated better but they didn’t. We were not the only frustrated customers. We won’t be back!
