Excellent! The NP Nicole took great care of me. I had IPL done for my dark spots that had been there forever! She was very knowledgeable, conscientious with her recommendations of treatment and her bedside manner was top notch and comforting. Most importantly the treatment was virtually painless except mild burning sensation similar to a sunburn 30 minutes after the procedure. My spots worsened for 3 weeks before they virtually all fell off! I’m very content with results after just one treatment but I may go back for an additional treatment to get some of the more subtle spots but the improvement with the first is already so drastic. I am very satisfied with my results!

My wife and had the botox treatment exactly three months ago and all the wrinkles are back. Have had many treatments over the years from reputable sources this is the first time the treatment did not work for 5 or 6 months. Be careful of places that want 5 star reviews the day they do the treatment instead of seeing the real results weeks or months later. I will never use this company again.

Dr. Nawaz is extremely knowledgeable and always does a great job. I’ve never once had an issue with services, and will continue to drive an hour just to see him. His staff is always friendly and patient too, which I find very important in a doctors office.

They were running specials so people were taking advantage of the specials and adding on to their appointment (sale ended in 2 days) which of course made the appointment times much longer than what was booked. I waited almost an hour after I arrived of course they were attentive and offered me beverages. The manager said that at one point they were two hours behind but again it’s because people wanted to get more treatments thinking might as well while I’m here and add on to what they had already made an appointment for. I totally understand taking advantage of specials and more convenient to stay instead of making another appt to come back but it totally skewed their schedules for the other clients. (I do want to add that I do Not have to wait long normally) I wish they had requested clients to pre-pay at the sale price and go back. Thankfully my appointment was late afternoon (which I had to leave work early to get there in traffic) and I could still do some work things on line via my phone while I was sitting there waiting.The staff is friendly and helpful and patient.
