I wish this place had more than 5 starts. Truly deserves it. Lindsey Thompson was my aesthetician. It was my first time at this location and with Lindsey. She is amazing. She did an amazing job on my facial. I have sensitive skin and do become red. However, she made sure that I was not red and everything was done so nicely. Lindsey has an amazing personality and makes you feel so comfortable. I highly recommend her. The staff up front was very nice and welcoming. I had a very good experience.

As with most places of business, you can have an incident that is brushed under the rug or met head-on to make the customer feel appreciated. Well, Cassandra and Jewel stepped up to ensure that my concern was met not with their satisfaction, but with mine. I truly appreciate their kindness and attention to me as a customer. HOWEVER, as far as service, Gabby is by far the best esthetician I’ve had to date. Her personality, caring and ability to completely make my facial something that I have now put on my calendar for a monthly visit. I learned so much from her and she delivered exactly what I requested and made great suggestions as to home care! Her facial massage is a MUST!!!

Setup everything online and verified by phone for a 90 minute supposed “deep tissue” massage. There was so much confusion prior to the actual massage the tone was already set poorly. They tried to alter the massage from 90 to 50 min. When this wasn’t agreed to and the threat to leave proposed they finally gave in and gave the 90 min one. The supposed deep tissue massage turned into more of a relaxation massage. There were the occasional moments where it was great, but for the most part very disappointed. There wasn’t even any music, just a silent room. Definitely will not be back.

I get facials here every month from Ms. Shanti and she is absolutely incredible. I’ve had facials from super fancy places and Ms. Shanti will give those spas a run for their money. She is super thoughtful in her process, and gives lots of recommendations for how to improve your skin overall as well as a good routine to maintain a healthy youthful glow. Best hour plus on her table and I’m always so slow to get up. She’s also super sweet as a person. Hand and Stone is very organized and always tries to accommodate any busy schedule. Definitely recommend

Horrible customer service. I had a facial there and although the facial felt wonderful.. I thought it was different that during the entire facial wet pads were constantly being applied to my eyes. Sure enough the next morning I woke up with a horrible stye. I called to let them know and was told a manager would get back with me. I even called back a 2nd time and was told she would call me back… it’s been 5 days now. No call from anyone.

The customer service is so awful. At the time of membership enrollment the Front Desk employee never explained to me regarding the appointment cancellation T&C. When I tried to reschedule my appointment they tried to charge me for the service fees plus the membership fees for my cancellation. The operator – Cathy was so impatient and extremely rude to me based on my name. What an extremely poor customer service. I will never do business with them again.
