i asked for the first haircut to be done on the sides, it’s a undercut on the bottom into a fade and blend the sides in to the top. instead, she butchered the entire side of my head all the way up until my hair naturally parts between the top and sides. not sure how an undercut all the way up equates to it. she said at the beginning “oh you just want an undercut” i said yeah but then fade and blend it into the sides. she then shaved the back of the cowlick you have that causes your hair to swirl in the back because she messed it up. she used the excuse, “the hair will just fall down in the back,” which is true unless you cut it how it’s supposed to be cut. only reason i’m giving it a 2 star is because it’s cheap and it’s easy to get in when you don’t have an appointment. i got this haircut because i have a wedding coming and then i’m going to school for the year, and now i will look awful for both. i will not be going here anymore, i definitely recommend going to famous fades where they’re only 20 dollars more and twice as good at listening and cutting mens hair. thanks!

Made an appointment for 10am so I sat outside in my car waiting for the door to unlocked, when it was finally unlocked I went inside only to be told they can’t help me anymore due to it being after 10, I don’t know how I was supposed to be inside if the door was unlocked and I’m not standing out in the cold in the middle of winter. Mitchell was awesome and did a great job with my haircut, and the scalp/ shoulder massage was amazing as well. The environment is very clean and welcoming, can’t say enough good things!
