The staff was very friendly. I came in with my two sons without an appointment and they were able to fit me in. They only had two stylists at the time. Two other stylists had called out. One employee finally arrived with an hour left to close. The lady who came in late was very shuffled. She cut my hair in the places I had just specifically said to leave alone. She barely even cut my sons hair. We went home and I cut it for him. I know how to cut hair, I just don’t always feel like doing it. The lady who cut my older son’s hair was super friendly and went above and beyond to get us in. I just wish she had been the one to cut all three of our hair.

Lady Jane’s has good and ok stylists like any other place. What’s killing the rating is their technology. You can’t book appointments online only by calling in. The catch is they don’t have a receptionist so the stylist answers phones. How about when they all have clients? You have to find someone you like and they might give you a cell number to contact them directly for appointments. It’s straight 2009 technology.

The older blonde lady that works there as of December 2022, should never be allowed to touch men’s hair. I had told this lady to trim my hair to a temple fade, which it had been less than a month since my last trim so it should have been very simple to copy from the previous trim, I even showed the “barber” a picture of exactly how I style my hair and how it should look like after the trim. She said she was good with pictures and had cut hair for 20 years, I’m assuming that was dog years considering I am still finding spots that she had missed. The hair style that I received is damn near a buzz cut. The only upside to this happening is at least it’s winter and I can wear a hat everywhere I go for the next few months. If anyone knows a decent barber in the hermitage area that isn’t connected to this barbershop chain, please comment on this, I am willing to pay well. I had told a couple of coworkers about this incident and as soon as I told them I had went to lady janes, their eyes were wide as they could be and said they’ve been there before and are never going back. One of the guys told me that’s the reason he’s still rockin the bald look. I wished I would have asked them before I went to lady janes, instead of learning the hard way.

Do NOT go here, the staff is rude, my fiancé asked for just a trim to layer his hair (with was already pretty long) the lady already didn’t like the length he had it so she cut off an inch and a half, gave him a mullet and got mad that he wouldn’t leave a tip. I was trying to make sure she’d cut the hair right and she hated that so she made me sit in the front where I couldn’t see her or my fiancé. Absolutely awful place, DONT GO TO LADY JANES

This location cant keep staff.They raised their prices with the stated cut, wash etc, but dont perform those services beyond a cut. You feel bad asking for what is promised under the 22 dollar price point because the employees never show up to work when they are supposed to. This location is so badly managed obviously Lady Janes corp does not care. Lady Janes might be the fastest growing hair place but it shows in the lack of business model and expectations
