I just had the worst experience this morning at this salon and it was my first time here, I had an appointment with trell at 8.30am I texted him at 8.13 am letting him know I was on my way there was no reply, I got there at 8.33 and texted again that i was outside, no reply still I called after like 10mins then he said he was on his way then I was there for an hour 20mins he had not got there yet even after calling several times and letting him know I had another appointment at 10.30. So I just wanted to get my frontal and leave that I had dropped there all he said is that I needed to pay for customizing and he wasn’t there yet! I had to leave without the frontal and my hair not done!!!!
