I had a lovely experience at Labelle! It was my first time visiting and I would definitely return for future appointments. Stella, my hair stylist, suggested a cut that was subtly different from what I had done for years and the difference is so nice! It doesn’t feel drastically different but has more shape and movement than before so it feels great. My mani/pedi was lovely and I really enjoyed the aesthetics of the spa as well. Vicky was very nice and my nails look wonderful!

I was a little bit hesitant but I was fully blown away! Tomoko cut my hair the way exactly I wanted. I could not decide what I wanted but showed her a few different hairstyles and she combined them all together for the most perfect look that I am absolutely enjoying.

Ashley, a perfectionist for your every callus and hangnail, and Sarah, for your most luxurious blow-out and special occasion makeup. When you can’t do it really well yourself, leave it to those with years and years (and years…) of experience to do it right. Big wedding to attend and these women helped to make it perfect. I’ll be back! As I have over and over (and over…) again for the past 26 years!

I had signed up for a 90 mins facial services ( Pamper & purify) with Mira. However, I received only 45 mins of service from check-in start to finish. Massage was barely about a minute. She was very quick to point out how deficient my skin was but did not at all care to explain what products is she using to help that. She asked that I go in for $300 facial as opposed to the $200 version that I had signed up. To which, I refused to up by budget. Then she says, she can’t do much in $200 service. Honestly, for price they charge, the service is pretty mediocre. The front desk offered me some discount when I said I will write a review but not until then. Also, the discount they offered was not at all proportional to the deficiency in service quality and time. All in all, it was waste of money and time.

AVOID prenatal massage at this facility. I booked a 90 minute massage and left after 30 minutes. Was in excruciating physical pain after communicating several times to avoid certain areas and that I was in a position that was putting stress on my shoulder. Therapist did not appear to be trained in completing prenatal massage. Facility did not have an intake form which is incredibly risky for pregnant clients. Manager did not appear to take the issue seriously. Would recommend pregnant women avoid this facility for massage.

My wife scheduled a pre-natal massage here for her birthday, and right after it got started called me crying because her massage person was hurting her shoulders and neck to the point she had to go see a chiropractor. They did not have her full out a form (what massage place doesn’t have paperwork? Even the most low rent massage places in other countries have paperwork…), and the massage person would not stop when my wife told her no and that she was being caused pain. Apparently they also didn’t have tables for pre-natal massages so my wife felt like she was going to roll off the table the whole time.
