I’ve been here plenty of times and each time I go it’s always something. Yes Tisha is good at her job but the customer service is terrible. I have to call multiple times to get someone to answer the phone, She will recommend something at my appointment then I rebook then tells me I needed something else originally after the service is finished when she could have informed me I would need a different service so that means I’m spending more money and I wasted my money on a service I really didn’t need. I’ve called about a email coupon but now I can’t use it ? It had no expiration date or a time frame to use it but now it’s available to use anymore ? I try to convince myself to keep going but I can’t keep giving my money to something that I won’t be truly happy when the service is over for the overall experience. Even the receptionist could use more help in the customer service department. Go at your own risk

I absolutely love the massage services here. I’ve done deep tissue, hot stones and other services and each time I leave relaxed and free of stress and knots. Customer service is excellent! They are very clean and sanitize and remove everything from the rooms after each massage. Will continue coming here!

The owner was very pleasant and shared alot of knowledge from dieting etc. Plus she sells her own skincare products to continue on your healthy journey after services are rendered. Took the misses here for a couple valentine’s gift and it was wonderful. Been a long time since I had a massage, so this was right on time. I swear I saw my spirit floating around the room by the time it was over. The staff was very friendly and polite. The misses enjoyed it and that’s what matters to me. We will be back.

Today was my first time getting a wax in so many years, but Teisha R made my experience absolutely amazing! She talked to me before, during, and after and it definitely helped ease my nerves. Her touch is gentle and caring and that’s exactly what I needed because I was terrified. She is very professional and the atmosphere at the establishment is so serene from the relaxing music to the very welcoming lady at the front desk. She also made sure I had an appointment that fit perfectly into my schedule and even though I had to change it twice, she remained super patient with me. I will definitely be back in a month for another wax!

The owner was very accommodating by switching my appointment time on a sunday. The place is really clean and calming! The spa look like it’s small on the outside but It very big on the inside. Brittany was so nice and she made me feel really comfortable. Once my massage was done, I felt like I could run a lap around the track because I had no more pain. I will definitely be back.
