Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI’ve been going to Michelle for several months now. She always does such a beautiful job with dip and/or acrylic. Her ombré technique (my personal favorite) is on point every time. I am new to the area so I checked Yelp and this salon came up Number 1 with very good reviews! I couldn’t agree more! I called and received an appointment immediately. Upon my arrival, I was taken care of right away with a great pedicure, with neck massage followed by a gel manicure. Helen was excellent! Pedicure and manicure came out great and she took excellent care of me! Place was also vey clean and quiet atmosphere!

I have been going to this place for almost a year. Jackie is wonderful does a good job. This has nothing to do with Jackie at all and her quality of work. I made a appointment online after trying multiple times to call the day before to make the appointment and no one answered the phone. I made the appointment at 7pm Friday night for a 11 o’clock on Saturday simple enough. After being dropped off for appointment they tell me no I don’t have one that it was not confirmed and how it was MY fault. Why offer something if you don’t use it. I work Monday through Friday I have a small son so it is not easy for me to just come back. That is why I always make appointments! And if you are a working mom you know it is not easy to get time for yourself! I am very sad cause I really liked Jackie!

The polish was thinly put on and we could still see our original nails in some places. The people did not attempt to make any conversation and it was awkward and quiet. When it came time to pay, the tried to over charge us and when we explained that it was incorrect, they became angry. All in all the nails ended up being cute enough but the service was not great. Would not recommend…

I had gone in for regular manicure and pedicure. It had been a very long time since I have been able to take the time for myself so my nails we’re pretty messed up. The woman who did my nails did a great job, I did get cut on my thumb cuticles but again my nails weren’t in the best shape so I can’t blame her. I was there for about an hour and it felt so nice, the place was beautiful, clean, and they seemed pretty busy. My nails look and feel great so I will go back.
