Critical: Professionalism, QualityWhen getting manicures in the past at other nail salons, the nail technicians typically trim my cuticles and at least put lotion on my hands/cuticles and better places give a hand/forearm massage. My nail technician only filed and buffed my nails before painting. The painting was very rushed, and there was a gap between the nail polish and my cuticles. I also have gaps on the side of some nails where my old polish color was not taken off completely. The top coat was unevenly applied; the tips of my nails have a weird spiky pattern from that unevenness. My technician was also not very kind. They seemed to be very annoyed that I did not want gel. When getting manicures in the past at other nail salons, the nail technicians typically trim my cuticles and at least put lotion on my hands/cuticles and better places give a hand/forearm massage. Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI got Gel nails put on and I was charged 50$ just to put a cow design on one accent finger. They chipped in the first two nails and now at 7 days later they are peeling off. I would not go back very poor quality. I’ve never had nails chip off so fast especially gel.
