1/28/23: I decided to renew my skin for the new year with a platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and microneedling treatment to improve overall hyperpigmentation and texture. If topical treatments/cosmetics are not improving your hyperpigmentation, PRP and microneedling may be more effective. With PRP, you are essentially creating your own “serum” with your white blood cells – your blood is drawn and centrifuged to create a platelet-rich plasma. Because the treatments use a patient’s own blood, PRP infusions are relatively safe and can be administered alone or in conjunction with other procedures, such as microneedling. A microneedling tool is used to make numerous small holes in the skin’s surface so that PRP can be applied to the skin’s surface and allowed to penetrate the holes created by microneedling. PRP treatments can enhance collagen and elastin production in deeper skin levels. Microneedling combined with PRP can effectively treat scarring, wrinkles, and fine lines, hyperpigmentation, and uneven skin texture.

I am currently 27 years old and have been having hormonal acne problems since 2 years ago. Ever since, I’ve been a loyal customer to La Princesa, and I have got to say my skin is now very clear. When i do have breakouts, I give La Princesa a visit and my skin is back to clear skin. I cannot get myself to stop coming here due to the compliments of my skin from my friends. Rebecca is now in charge of acne care and does a different skin care treatment (such as face masks) every time after the standard acne treatment. Make sure to get a package deal here because you’ll get ourself a better deal!
