Love this place. Giving 5 stars only because the lady that did my nails was wonderful. She was very friendly. I did not have an appointment and they took me right in which was nice. The girl at the front could be a little nicer. Her tone was not really friendly especially when she asked me to go pick a color. It was more orderly than asking if I could. Didn’t like that very much. On the bright side their equipment for the spa is very new and clean. They also have free drinks like water, coffee, tea and soda for customers which is amazing! Thats why I also gave them five stars. Totally recommend this place.

Very friendly receptionist and they did a quick, lovely job on my pedicure. They also offer complimentary beverages while you’re being pampered which is such a nice touch! It was my first visit after having a terrible time at a place down the road, and I’m pleased to say I found my new nail salon!

Came here didn’t have an appointment but they said they would squeeze us in. They did a terrible job on my manicure rushing through painting them (think she saw her next appointment come in and rushed to finish). Then they told me they wouldn’t be able to do my pedicure after all about 20 minutes after my manicure was finished. Manicure was so bad I’m going to have to take the polish off and go somewhere else. I would want it to match my feet anyways. Manager does not know how to talk to people, I would look for a new one if I was them.

Not happy. I walked in and they had me waiting did not greet me at all until 5 mins later. Only to say they could not take me and there were only 2 people in the nail shop. I would not recommend going there. Poor customer service.

Been going to Model Nail for about 18 years and I am always satisfied. Clean, comfortable atmosphere with pleasant people who give great service. So glad I found this shop. They are the best!
