I had a 1 hour massage with Maria and it was the best massage ever! As soon as you walk in, you are transcended from your world into a comfortable, inviting space. The customer service was superb and the actual massage experience was delightful. Maria is very sweet and demonstrated that she actually cares about my well-being. Just upon meeting her, I could feel her positive energy. She is a well-versed and experienced Massage Therapist. She knew where to apply more/less pressure and I left feeling in a state of euphoria. Terrible customer service. False advertisement. I purchased a Groupon and they tried to charge me extra just because I’m pregnant. I do not require any additional services. They never advertised that you would be penalized and charged extra for being pregnant. It’s discrimination. Hand and Stone never charges extra just for being pregnant. What a shame!
