Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis was my 2nd time at La Bella. I wanted to give it another chance since my 1st time was not the best, but I am so disappointed in the service again.As soon as I got there, they rushed me to sit down to get my dipping powder off, which I get because you have to soak your nails for at least 10-15min.Then they put me at another table with another lady, who was in such a rush that I started to feel stressed out. I asked her to cut my nails very short. I have been doing dipping powder for a while now, so I knew that my nails were going to be weak. But she told me that she couldn’t do any shorter, bc otherwise the nail file would touch my skin (but as you can see in the pictures they were not too short to trim) and then “customers complain because it hurts”. You can also see how she did not put any oil/lotion on my cutiles.Here are the pictures taken 15 min after my appointment. I paid $30 for this service. Critical: ProfessionalismI recently moved from Illinois to Indiana. Family who lives here recommended LaBella. I read the reviews and I thought to make an appointment with Susan. I was very pleased with her AT FIRST. Last week not so much. I was having a hard time picking a color of gel polish primarily because they are very poorly displayed. Gel and dip colors are not identified as such so I kept on picking out dip instead of gel. Well Susan instead of coming over to help me got obviously upset that it was taking me so long. She than proceeded to rush my nails cutting me on the left little finger and the right middle finger. NO APOLOGIES JUST CONTINUES TO RUSH! At the end of my thirty minute appointment she charged me $38 instead of $35. Did your prices go up or was that her way of I will show you because you took to long to find polish??????????
