Critical: Quality, ValueMy nails lasted a whole day without breaking or cracking. I’m a stay at home mom so my hands are not “over worked”… my nail cracked on day 2 and then my thumb nail chipped and then nearly a week later my left pointer finger completely broke off and I have no idea how or where. The quality isn’t top notch. The nail salon is nice and clean but the quality just isn’t there. I’m a stay at home mom so my hands are not “over worked”… my nail cracked on day 2 and then my thumb nail chipped and then nearly a week later my left pointer finger completely broke off and I have no idea how or where. The quality isn’t top notch. The nail salon is nice and clean but the quality just isn’t there. Fantastic. Tia did an amazing job. They are the Best of the Best for Athens, TN. They accept appointments and do not leave you waiting. They will turn away business if you call and ask you to schedule later if they can’t take care of you within a reasonable amount of time instead of leaving you soaking in water for an hour. Pedicure

Then I moved on to get my full set acrylics done, they are fast at getting them done but they look absolutely stunning. This was the first time I have used this nail salon, but of course after reading all the great reviews, I decided to give this nail salon a try. Let me tell you, this nail salon is by far the most friendliest, and the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to. Excellent pedicure!! They used real oranges in pedicure along with hot stones and paraffin wax, hot towels, etc.! They also offer drinks if you have interest. Very clean and friendly!

I got my nails done and they came off the next day after I got them done. Payed a fortune for them just for them to come off the next day. I was here with an appointment and they put walk-ins in front of me. Lady was rude because I couldn’t understand her and she made my daughters nails bleed how rough she is. Critical: PunctualityPlease be aware that it does not matter if you make an appointment when they are busy. The people are very friendly and nice, but time management is key. This is the second time we’ve made an appointment and had to wait 2 hours to get our nails done. The first time was almost 3 hours and I tried dip for the first time, my nails were smooth but the top was horrible and no clean edge, they rushed and I was picking dip from underneath my actual nail for days after.
