I showed a picture of what I had wanted which was blue coffin nails with butterfly’s with one nail clear but in white and I got uneven, multiple different shapes, the gold paper instead of butterfly’s, employee was not friendly and rough with the file. Didn’t even make sure nails were even or straight nor did she check if they were the correct size (these pictures are a 2 weeks after they were done but the shape has not changed and the nails did not cover my nails fully after I had got them done and was upset with the work)

didn’t say anything to them but probably the worst set of nails i’ve gotten. the acrylic doesn’t even go all the way to the side of my nail. the lines aren’t even coming from the side of my nail. the acrylic is not flat. i asked him to fix a spot and he goes next to it, didn’t even fix it then puts it in the dryer. This was my second visit to get my nails done at LA Nails. I am totally impressed with the natural looking acrylic full set from there. I will keep going back to Pink for every fill-in/full set in the future. She knows what shes doing when it comes to shaping and filing nails to look the best! It’s so nice to have found someone that cares about their work and what the customer wants. I highly recommend going to Pink for the best looking nails!

*Disclaimer* They did offer to fix my nails but honestly, in my opinion, I truly cannot trust that anyone in the salon can do any better, sorry not sorry. My pedicure turned out great by the older man, despite feeling they were all rushed due to the salon being busy. My gel acrylics on the other hand… EMBARRASSING. Also, when I tried to let the woman know they were messed up (I had said something TWICE TOTAL, once being the fake nail was damn near sideways and the other being no acrylic gel on half of my pinky) she loudly told me “You’re not going to sit here and nit pick me the entire time or you can go learn to do acrylic yourself. I’ve been doing nails for 22 years.” Note: this came after she told me numerous times about SNS dip powder. I was not rude in any way but did tell her that if I wanted dip powder done I could do them myself at home. I also told her I just wanted to do something different. Granted, I am a perfectionist when it comes to doing my own nails but I did not expect the same results I do on myself. THE HORRIDLY AWFUL LOOKIN’ MESS ON MY NAILS…..

Furious i took my 9 year old daughter to get her nails done yesterday and i told the guy that she can not have her nails long not once but twice they were shaped into points and were an inch past her finger tips they crooked and got glue all over her fingers and charged me $65 for me to have to take her to another nail place and get them fixed absolutely unacceptable

Didn’t look to be that busy, waited 30mins to get in for Shellac gel. Two started chipping 3days after.. came back to get it fixed, the older woman was rude and they made me wait an hour! Gel manicures, Nail painting

The experience for my pedicure was good. The nail tech helped me pick the right shade and did a nice job on my toes. HOWEVER, I got a different lady for my dip nails. She was rude. The salon was out of the shade that matched my toes and she was like “oh well it happens!” The shade she picked for my nails did not match my toes as requested. She told me my nails were too short for dip and added extensions. I explained that I work with my hands and can’t have long nails, but she just said see they’re pretty. I asked for round shape and she gave me square. She did not do nail design as the picture I showed her. And she left the polish etc from my nails all over my fingers. Then she charged me extra. I paid over $100 for this mess. I will not be back.
