I don’t ever leave complaint’s on a nail shop but this one is ridiculous I called before I came of course and I asked are you available for two people and she said yes…. Next thing I knew she was just sitting there for 20 minutes and then she was eating while looking at me mad weird but I don’t even come here anyway lol I just wanted to see if there service changed but nah still the same… But I’m happy that I had the opportunity to see my cousin happy with her nails before she left town …But yea everyone knows Little Nail Boutique is that spot in MA ‼️

I got my nails done for my wedding the day before. By the next morning they qere already chipping and by the second day they were already breaking. I paid 80 dollars for my nails that didn’t even look right the next day for my wedding. I was extremely dissatisfied!!!

The lady charged me almost $3 for every single hot stone she used… but the card said $5 when I chose the service. Also, sat around for 2 and a half hours waiting for her as she continued to accept clients and then put people off and waiting in the services chairs. I know she was low staffed but the service received didn’t match the price I paid. I wish I just waited the 45 mins at the place down the road instead of investing in this. Just BEWARE for the hidden fees. :/

Critical: Quality, ValueMy sister in law and I went for an acrylic fill in. The owner done hers and did a really good job but the girl that done mine did horrible. She continuously burned my nails. She didn’t smooth them out enough amd you can see the grind maks through the polish. They are also not even length and so rough around the edges and bumpy.Service: Acrylic nails
