L a Nails

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy first bad experience was my nails and the polishing was horrible. Came back to get them fixed, because I had a eye lash appointment the next day. She “fixed” them but polishing was still horrible. Look as if my ten year old daughter painted them. You say something and they like oh no, it’s fine. That’s not the worse part. The worse part was my eye lashes. She got finished and I tell her they look funny and something was off. She tells me no their fine. I then. Repeated no look, while pointing at the problem. She still saying no. I don’t like conflict, so I just left it be. The next morning I wake up and my newly fresh eyelashes are lifted and falling off. Talking about mad. I paid 40 dollars and the next day their falling off. This is not my first time getting them done, so I know they last for two to three weeks. Just first time here. Not to mention I made an appointment and had to wait a hour after my appointment time to get them done, just for them to not be done properly. I usually don’t write reviews, but here I am again third day in the row to get something fixed by them and her I am waiting a long time again. By the way, no their not busy. My first bad experience was my nails and the polishing was horrible. Came back to get them fixed, because I had a eye lash appointment the next day. She “fixed” them but polishing was still horrible. Look as if my ten year old daughter painted them. You say something and they like oh no, it’s fine. That’s not the worse part. The worse part was my eye lashes. By Thursday one broke, my nails are short yes but wherever I get them done they never break nor lose color for over a month I called them they said come in. By Sun another one was in the process of breaking. I didn’t make it til today 8/30 Monday. After explaining to him I don’t want them anymore being they’re all breaking he decided to take them off for me, atleast that’s what I thought. Afterwards he had the nerve to say 10 when I spent 112 and tipped 10 dollars for nails to break in 2 days. I told him I’m not paying he started acting crazy locking the door as if I was going to run out then yelling saying he’s calling the cops. Worst nail experience in my life!!! Just left from there arguing with the man they have at the front desk. My nails were originally done 8/24 last Tuesday. By Thursday one broke, my nails are short yes but wherever I get them done they never break nor lose color for over a month I called them they said come in. By Sun another one was in the process of breaking. I didn’t make it til today 8/30 Monday.
