8/14/2021 – Today I reached out asking if they would repair the issues I had with my acrylic set! They obliged and I am much happier with this second go around! Pictures will be posted of the new set (same color). I don’t know why my hands look so red though. Anyways thank You, LA Nails!

This is only the second time going here and they cut me both times. The first time that was the it was thing they did wrong. The second time being yesterday they cut me again and didn’t do what I asked for. The shape of my nails isn’t right and the ombré isn’t even close to the picture. I even told them if they couldn’t do it tell me now so I can pick something else and they said they could do it. I had to ask twice for them to fix my nails and they still aren’t right. Gel polish and acrylic on my cuticles. The first picture below is what I got and second is what I asked for. Very unhappy.

I’ve come here on and off for years and typically have always had a good experience. I recently was in for a pedicure and the older gentleman waited on me. It was an uncomfortable experience, between his lack of interest in what he was doing and another man in there coming to sit beside me just to snicker with the man working. The idea that they may have been speaking about me, didn’t bother me nearly as much as the lack of words the worker actually spoke to me. It was instead bumping my foot and expecting me to know what he needed from me. This was not my first pedicure, but his entire attitude during this was very off-putting. I was perfectly content waiting as long as I had to, but so disappointed in the service as he just seemed annoyed to have me there. Having had many pedicures here in the past, this one was very much lacking. Although in the end, the gentleman doing my pedicure did speak to me to make sure I was satisfied with my toes-which were good enough for me. And that was enough to compel me to leave a tip, I did decline to get my nails done after that. I’ve had perfectly good experiences with the other employees and hate to discredit the entire establishment, but that was not a good time for me.
