Recently moved back to DFW Area after two years away and the place is still as good as it was before; I love the renovations. I came back looking for my favorite tech Jenny, but she was not there on the day I went. They are doing a great job at following the CDC mandatory precautions and I will continue to do business with them. Loyal customer since 2015!

Myself the Bride and two of my brides maids came to this location it was absolutely ridiculous! Ruined our whole day! Please save your money and go somewhere else! We left after being there 2hours , and went some where else. Their employees are rude as hell and prices are outrageous ! The only thing about this place is ceiling light ♀️ certificates on the wall definitely aren’t the people who are doing your nails, feet they had a couple teenagers as well but definitely we’re underage’

They had no problem wasting mine, though. 4 hous later, I have a horrible hombre dip set that is misshapen. I had also asked for a design and the tech outright said “no”. Absolutely horrible experience. I was left to soak my old set in acetone for 1 hour and 45 minutes, while they served other customers, as to “not waste time”. They had no problem wasting mine, though. 4 hous later, I have a horrible hombre dip set that is misshapen. I had also asked for a design and the tech outright said “no”. I dropped my daughter off to get her nails done and the nail tech absolutely did not care about doing a good job. She was a much older lady who did a rush job. My daughter’s nails were different sizes and filed crooked on some. They were also lumpy and thick. My daughter did ask for her to fix them and upon my arrival they looked the same. They were still very lumpy and wide. I advised another nail tech that my daughter nails needed to be redone. After looking at them, she advised the original tech to correct them (now for the 3rd time). While she worked on them, I stayed close to ensure they would be done right. While I had my daughter’s hand in mine, the nail tech yanked it down and gave me the most effed up look ever. I was in complete shock. She had the nerve to have an attitude and be beyond rude for a service I am PAYING for and that she screwed up. I immediately asked for another tech to correct what was done to my daughter’s nails. A gentleman assisted and did a great job in filing down the thickness of the nail and making them more narrow since they were so wide. Something that first tech could simply done since she had nexgen. Nothing was said the tech and we will never be returning. I can’t believe that someone would portray such ugly behavior and in front of my teenage daughter, the behavior was unacceptable. She should be fired for yanking my daughter’s hand. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Love L.A. Nail! The staff is very friendly, professional and quick. Normally no wait or a short wait on busy days. I appreciate the extended hours compared to other nails salons in the area.

The woman who always does my pedicure and manicure is so so sweet. I love coming to this spa just because she is so calming and seems like a beautiful person. But I have to be honest – the paint skills are severely lacking. The manicure is not done well either. Also, I took the polish off 5 days after my manicure, and my nails were left with a residue that wouldn’t come off, shown in the picture. I won’t be going back unfortunately

I came in around 2:50 pm and explained to the lady at the front desk scowling at me that I needed a pedicure. The manager told me that they were done for the day. Their door and Google shows that they are still very open. I left because I’m not big on staying where I’m unwelcome. Still, I felt the staff were apathetic and rude.
