I will never wax again! I absolutely love sugaring. I didn’t feel like the top layer of my skin was being ripped off like with waxing. I have noticed a huge difference in the texture of my skin as well as the appearance. My skin is smoother, softer, and looks a lot better. I don’t have anymore issues with hair bumps. My hair on my legs grows back thinner each time that’s a plus for me. I will not go anywhere. I LOVE IT!

My appointment was at 1pm I was on time. I went in and waited for someone to greet me at the desk. 8 minutes went by before someone came up front. I was then told that the person who would be helping me was still with someone. More time passes by and I still haven’t been serviced. It was at 1:21pm when I finally was in the room to get a wax. At 1:35pm is when I got done with my wax. which sounds nice because it was fast but I still had hair in multiple places, I also had a lot of wax still on me. I was not told sorry or accommodated in any way for the extreme lateness. If it was the other way around and I showed up very late I would’ve been charged some kind of fee. I’m very disappointed in the experience that I had here. I wasted not only my time but my money as well.

I have been to 2 locations. One was in Cary and I had several great experiences. I went to the Durham location last time. J was the person to help me and it was fabulous! She has a very light touch. It didn’t hurt with application!! Also had great conversation! Would definitely recommend her to anyone going to the Durham location!!! 5+******* for J!!!

This was by far the most pleasant sugaring experience that I’ve ever had! I’ve been sugaring for about 2 years and typically go when out of town on vacations for maintenance Brazilian and underarm hair removal. I am staying locally for a short period and found out about LA Bikini. Malori was EXCELLENT. She has a gentle touch and the complimentary mud mask as a first time client was wonderful! Highly, highly recommend!

I got the LA Bikini and was overall happy with it. I have done Brazilian waxes in the past which were very painful and irritated my skin. Sugaring, while not completely painless, was not as harsh. Jai was great and explained everything as she went along. She even gave recommendations on products and how to use them in other ways
