Brought my Granddaughter in for a wash, trim and hair braids. I had let Donita know that she was tired of wearing her hair up in buns and PONY TAILS. Due to Covid she didnt want anyone in room while she worked. When she was done with my Granddaughter her hair was braided in a PONY TAIL! When asked why it was in a pony tail she said thats what my 6 year old Granddaughter wanted. Yes it is pretty. However, not what I asked for. I paid $85.00 for some thing I didnt want. We were willing to pay for what we want. WONT BE BACK. Will find some one else .
