Was in the area for vacation… was fooled by the beautiful designs outside of the shop. Thought they were decent so I decided to give them a chance. Big mistake… the older fellow decided that he could do the design I had in mind after I showed them all a couple of reference pictures. The place was not busy at all, it was early during a week day. The worker took at least an hour just to shape my nails. Which in the end were thick, crooked and misshapen. (A friend that came in 30mins after me was finished before I was) After seeing this I decided that there was no way I was gonna pay $5 each finger for the designs I wanted if the base was horrible. After I shaped them a bit myself I settled with a plain white base which in the end was thick and messy. He clearly didn’t know what he was doing as he took a very long time to finish and had various of his coworkers hovering over him and commenting as he went. Even had another lady come in and try to “fix” his work. Very unsatisfied and would extremely not recommend. LOOK ELSEWHERE!! Also saw them provide a pedicure service to a client and they had no liners on the tubs!!

Would not recommend! We were originally told over the phone acrylic nails were $35 then during the process of getting them done I was told $55. I said that was fine. Then when I got to the register I was told $65. On top of that the process felt very rushed, my nails turned out uneven and i had a couple cuts around my nail. Was not satisfied at all

Horrible experience. I went to get a set of acrylics, plain polish with no design, on my natural nails. The result was completely uneven, crooked, extremely chunky and just really badly done. Already today I can see there are signs of lifting too. I’ve never had such ugly nails done. Communication was difficult, I complained during the procedure and still I felt like my comments were ignored. I paid for them but I actually went back a couple of minutes later, I asked for the nails to be fixed and also for a refund. They didn’t do the refund and they offered to redo the nails. I didn’t want the nails redone, just removed, but again there was miscommunication. The result after the second procedure was just as bad. I paid 80$ for this.

My favorite nail salon in Waikiki! Best service and warm welcome. There is always someone available, so I never have to wait. It’s perfectly located near Starbucks, so I grab a drink and come to relax. Cheerful staff and always leave happy… with cute nails!

Horrible experience. I do not believe the person or anyone else who attended us knew what they were doing . Asked for coffin and did not get that all for the shape of the nail. They were reluctant to admit any fault of they terrible work. Would not recommend this place ever in my life. DO NOT GO HERE. They will also try to upcharge you anything that they can get away with.
