Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueIt was my first time at Kool’s and I’ll definitely be going back. Max B. did a cut and beard shape up for me. Just showed him a picture of what I was wanting and he nailed it. I left the beard styling up to him with just a disclaimer that I wanted the same general length. He shaped it up perfectly and my wife was very happy with it so that’s the true test! Thanks Max! I didn’t get to meet the other barbers but they all seemed nice. It was my first time at Kool’s and I’ll definitely be going back. Max B. did a cut and beard shape up for me. Just showed him a picture of what I was wanting and he nailed it. I left the beard styling up to him with just a disclaimer that I wanted the same general length. He shaped it up perfectly and my wife was very happy with it so that’s the true test! Thanks Max! Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI started going to Kool’s starting from late 2020 up to today. I was getting my haircuts with Tyler Schell so my review is my experience with him only. I was very happy with his work and kept going there and booking him consistently. However, recently he started to take other people in place of my appointment and make me to wait 30+ minutes from my appointment time. I would totally understand a 10 maybe 15 min delay due to scheduling shifts but 30+ min wait for an appointed time without an explanation and apology seems so wrong and rude to me. I should also mention that this was happened to me multiple times (maybe more than 5 times recently) so this is not a single occurrence. I value my time, like any other people do, and I do online booking and be there promptly at my appointment time ALWAYS. So if you expect timely haircuts just go with someone else in the shop or somewhere else, otherwise they will get walk-ins in place of your appointment time and you need to wait there more than 30 min up to 1 hour regardless of your appt. I started going to Kool’s starting from late 2020 up to today. I was getting my haircuts with Tyler Schell so my review is my experience with him only. I was very happy with his work and kept going there and booking him consistently.
