Amazing team at Ko’olau clinic. I’m really picky about the look of lip fillers, and the pain involved when injecting. Both Vicki and Kathy took time analyzing the shape of my lips to make sure the shape would stay the same but be more lush and full. Wow! My lips turned out beautiful! Also, they have this amazing numbing cream. No pain!

Vicki had a great energy about her and reassured myself and my friend that this procedure is a great option to start off with and that we did not need to touch anything else on our face. They also had a really cute dog in the office! Sara the RN that took care of us was super sweet and very knowledgeable. She made the procedure quick and as least painless as possible. This clinic has great reward programs and they also offer a military discount! Vicki had a great energy about her and reassured myself and my friend that this procedure is a great option to start off with and that we did not need to touch anything else on our face. Ever since my first visit I have continued to make appts regularly, both for procedures or botox maintenance. I have seen a few of the providers here, (depending on my concerns) and they have ALWAYS been knowledgeable, informative, friendly, and practice the highest of standards regarding safety and cleanliness. The staff listens to my concerns and gives me options as to what I can choose to have done, or not. I am never pressured or rushed and they always take their time with me, explaining throughly when I have questions. Their appt system is wonderful and I never have to wait for a call back to schedule. They have always been flexible and available, with several days and times to choose from. When I show for my appt time I am never waiting in the lobby or exam room. They are prompt and efficient every single time. I am so impressed with this business and so very glad to have found them.
