Critical: ProfessionalismI made an appointment after following on Instagram and some other referrals. I was so excited to be getting my hair done by this talented guy. I received a text confirming my appointment for the next day. Then later tonight at 9pm I get a text cancelling saying he woke up with a fever. Now I understand being sick and I certainly want him to get well but why confirm my appointment earlier today if you knew you weren’t feeling well. Then get an attitude when I mention the fact that he could have given me more notice then 9 at night! Completely unprofessional and acted as if I inconvenienced him in some way. It was my first appointment with this guy and I had hoped to start a new routine with him! I wouldn’t give him the lint out of my pocket!
