Went for a deep tissue. Did not find it relaxing or therapeutic. Lacking in technique and no intuitive touch. Face down it was mostly elbows which wasn’t pleasant mixed with rubbing skin like a light Swedish and not rubbing the muscles themselves. I can apply lotion myself and so don’t to pay someone for that. My acute areas of pain didn’t get the attention requested and other parts did instead. Don’t know why it’s so hard to find a match in massage therapist in town. I’ve been spoiled with a history of some incredible body workers. Would give this therapist a C-. Within the first 5-10 minutes I was counting the minutes until I could get off the table.

Crystal does a tremendous massage! She is very knowledgeable and makes recommendations based on your specific needs. She makes you feel comfortable which is very important in helping you relax. I’ve been going to her for several years and don’t want to go to anyone else.
