I went for a pedicure and the lady did a terrible job. My big toes are not even, she missed the tip of my toe and it has no polish and she didn’t paint to the cuticle. I will not be going back.

Would not recommend. Went in with my 5 yr old daughter hoping she would have a great nail salon experience but the customer service was horrible. During the almost 2 hours we were there I didn’t hear any of the technicians talking to their customers and that included me and my daughter. They have a bar, sodas and water but we were never offered a drink. after they painted her toenails they never offered her those cheap little flip-flops and i even asked for them.she walked out barefoot!! I got tips with the dip powder and my nails were done less than subpar. No cutting my cuticles, no cuticle oil, no lotion.. nothing. Compared to other local places ive been, im going to have to say this place was awful and will not be going back. I wanted square with rounder tips but got round with jagged edges.

I came in at 5pm for my appointment of a full set of acrylics. They informed me that there will be a wait and to have a seat. I see that the lady who was suppose to do my nails had just started a new set of nails. I then asked if they had time for a pedicure while I waited. The gentleman said yes, and they handed me a menu, I asked how long the wait was going to be for my nails, and he said, oh pick anyone since she can come to you to start the set of nails. I said great, went with the royal pedicure. 55 minutes in, they came over and asked what design I wanted for my fingernails, I showed them a picture. The lady told me okay, I’ll take another client then and when you’re done with your pedicure you can come over. I said, wait, didn’t you say you’d come to me so I wouldn’t be here for 3 hours? You missed my appointment not me. I said if you can’t keep your word then I will need to just get a pedicure for the night, I didn’t allocate 3 hours to nails today, and you didn’t respect my time. This is clearly another chop shop.

I am extremely mad at the service I got from TINA , i have tried to give her a chance but every time I go she has been extremely rude to me and to everyone that try’s to make an appoitment. i went to get my nails done to relax and every time I go I end up getting mad because of how poorly she treats me and others she always rushes me to pick a color , makes me wait even with an appointment set and has an extremely bad attitude, I do not understand what is going on with her but I would not recommend this place to anyone, she has been extremely disrespectful Tina. I got my nails done a couple days ago and she got mad because it was an ombre style and even pushed my hand while she was doing my nails. Beyond disappointed if I could give 0 stars I would. She also up charged me for no reason. 0/0 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I paid over 50 dls for dip nails as a paying customer I feel like the service provided should be a lot better than what I have received. Extremely upset
