I drove 35 minutes to try their sugaring services, and it was so worth it!!!! Hard to find many places that offer sugaring instead of hot wax, and she did an amazing job, made be feel comfortable, and was very skilled – I’ll be going back, the drive is worth it for me!

I’ve been wanting to write a review for Klip and Co for some time but just have not until now…I am review worthy because I went to this salon for almost 3 years, it’s a full service salon, clean enough, the owner Laura is very nice, very professional, informative, you could joke around with her, good vibes…Laura actually did my first haircut there and I should have stayed with her because the others were a bit lackluster. If you like for people to talk behind your back and laugh at you, go to Klip and Co. If you want to be called names behind your back, go to Klip and Co.If you want sloppy work with major bleeding with highlights, go to Klip and Co. My first few experiences with the hairdresser that I stuck with for a year or so was exceptional! It was my favorite haircut of all times but it was also an EASY haircut so the next time I wanted the exact same but was told by him we werent going to do the same thing instead he was going to switch it up which really meant, he didnt feel like it or he had better things to do,or he didnt feel like he could recreate the same haircut which was a blunt bob with blunt bangs. Instead I got a not so blunt bob with not at all blunt bangs, he actually hacked them up so bad I wanted to cry. Let me also add that if you offer a CLIENT a drink, DONT forget to bring it to them.this happened a few times, I guess he was eating lunch in the back room or whatever but I never got my drink.I will also say that I tipped at least 20% and sometimes more. If my haircut and color was $60 I would tip $20-$25 EVERY time and I would have tipped more if I felt like a priority and if I felt like he actually deserved it. I hate writing this review because I loved going there until I started feeling odd and mean vibes and until my fav hairdresser became sloppy and mediocre with me. When you pay good money to go and get your hair done who wants sloppy work and who wants to be called names?? I say that because this is what I know and heard. I was the coolest client, good tipper, I was always on time and even early, I gave him the fullest creative expression that ANY hairdresser would love to have! We would joke around, laugh and be a bit crazy but then he would tell the other co-workers and turn around and laugh at me. I was the paying customer, I was the client. My very last appointment before I moved I wanted something completely different and it did not make me feel secure knowing that he was nervous, not excited and asking the other employees what they thought he should do.Further more he told me that he would recommend other salons in the new city where I was moving, that he would FB and message me and that we could even do lunch when he visited. Why go to such extreme levels of BS?!? So I paid for my last haircut and single process color that day which was $100 instead of $60, I tipped my same ole $25, he threw in a cheap product for my “going away gift” that I actually PAID for in the end because he OVERCHARGED ME. I knew all of this but quietly kept it to myself because I have always rooted for the underdog. I got home, I messaged him and thanked him for the years of service and also thanked him for the ‘gift’ that I actually paid for. Did he even have the decency to reply?? NO not at all! Do I think he is full of it? YES I do! How sad that I spent almost 3 years of going to KLIP and CO and that was the way I was treated! I’m really upset that I left that salon with such bad feelings. I have never written a bad review about anything before so this is a big deal! I would say that a few of the girls there are pretty good but don’t waste your time, money or effort unless your like lackluster,mediocre quality and DONT root for the underdog when it comes to your HAIR! Maybe some of them should take a class in people skills, customer service and simple math..I wanted to give Klip and Co 5 stars but I cant because of the above …
