Critical: Professionalism, QualityBooked 2 pedicures and asked if they had time for a gel full set, they said yes. I sat with the 1st guy to the left and I didn’t like my nails at all. He was working too fast, he wasn’t being careful, I told him I had a cut and he kept pressing on it after he saw it. He added too much glue and ended up digging his nails in my nails to lift my skin off the glue. Not only that, he saw I was looking at my nails and being very picky about them and he still didn’t file them right. My nails are all lumpy, different nails have different shapes and he didn’t even put a top coat on. When I asked how much a full set was they told me $45 but they charged us $55. I have been to this nail salon quite a few times always been amazing experience till the last trip. The guy in the 1st chair did my dip nails all janky… It seemed like he was stressed out and didn’t know how to handle it. I booked two Pedi and Mani’s we never even got our pedicures… They guy literally just painted my daughter’s fingers and toes nails.
