It has yet to fully open despite the current surge and on going pandemic. Aside from that, the front desk lady had a hard time understanding english but so nice and hospitable. The place may take few repairs, improvements or even a full renovation but only time will tell. Need to add an extra staff though of extra help.

The place overall is nice and very relaxing, except for one annoying thing. They have one really rude employee, she works in the mornings and wears glasses. She will scream at the top of her lungs over the intercom 7 am for the 8 am check out for the people who stayed over night every 10 minutes. She will then yell at you when you come to check out at the front counter. Everyone else who works here is very nice, especially the guy who works overnight, so it’s not a company policy to be rude. There have been times when I was sound asleep and didn’t hear the 8 am reminder, and if I stay over. When that has happened I have had absolutely no problem paying for the additional time, I expect it. The parking lot is validated, so it’s not like I could just leave anyways, if I did I would have to pay the max for parking which is like $16. And I’ve stayed parked for hours after leaving the spa and the validation still works so that is not a excuse for making people leave either. This woman seems to work every day from 6am to noon. She portrays the stereotype that Korean people are only nice to Koreans.

For the money I spent, I expected so much more. Place could definitely use some upgrades to the decor and robes they provide. I went for a massage and wasn’t impressed. Didn’t use any oil and wasn’t consistent. The masseuse was nice but very disappointing with the message. Can’t say I’ll return to this place anytime soon.
