Location is beautiful! (New Ambassador location). My nail tech was very sweet. But overall not thrilled with the service received. I did a manicure plus dipping powder ($55). The dip itself is very thick and there are multiple imperfections such as bubbling and what looks like “drips”. Considering the price of the service I was really expecting better. Not sure if it’s because this particular location only opened yesterday, but still disappointed.

I took my two girls and myself. They rushed the service for my daughter nails left it real MESSY. My toes had leftover polish on it. The manicure was horrid no natural nail care here. My 1st time coming in a went to LYNN my girl!! Not from Louisiana…originally from Chicago and never really found anybody here that can do good nails! I came in for my bday I told her exactly what I wanted and she delivered!! Love her work and her! She always takes care of me when I come! Nails last a up to 3weeks!! Never had an issues!! Worth spending they money that I do spend!!

Will NEVER go back to this place… asked for a flower design lady said she could do it then half way through realized she couldn’t and instead of telling me and letting me find a new picture started “free styling” my nails even though I did not agree. Had to make her take it off my hands and was still charged $80 for two nail designs on my pinky fingers. Also nail already broke one week after getting a paying $80! Would rather take them all off then go back Bc all were so rude when I said I did not like my nails. Also the lady kept trying to show me different nail art pictures instead of doing what I WANTED!

So it’s getting a three stars because I’ve come in before and the guy (sorry I forgot his name!) who did it did a beautiful job last time! This time however I’m severely disappointed, my nails look horrible. I’m not normally one to review negatively but if this was my first time coming in I would have rated it a 1 or 2 stars, the 3 stands from the fact I know it can be better. I guess it just depends on the tech you get. I’m refrain from naming the tech who did this today but honestly this is ridiculous.

The establishment is beautiful and clean. I got a mani/pedi and eyebrow wax. I am not happy with either. My polish is already bubbling on hands and feet. And the lady did not wax my eyebrows good. For the prices being on the high end. The service rendered should be magnificent and last longer than a few days. The guy and ladies providing my service seemed to be rushing and the work was not at all to my standards in which I paid. The quality of work was very poor. I will not be returning.

My first visit here would have been a 5 star rating if I wouldn’t have done eyelashes, which I never do! The tech I had for my nails and pedi was excellent, gonna call him Ben bc I don’t want to spell it wrong. Best pedi I ever had!! When it came to my lashes, it burned the whole time I was getting them done. 1.5 hours later still red and burning and started falling off by the end of the day. They did try to make it right by fixing them with no charge. The girl who fixed them did better, no burning, but she did a more dramatic look when I wanted natural. They looked ok so I didn’t complain but again they did not last more than 3-4 days when told they last at least 10-14 depending on care. Also, my daughter got her lashes done and they only lasted a few days. Nails lasted a good 3 weeks before I went in for my refill, but when I realized I couldn’t get a regular refill bc I had color acrylic, I said I wanted to redo them. Apparently I was misunderstood bc the girl started doing a refill with regular acrylic. Before she got to far into it I asked if that was the right way but again must not have understood what I was asking so we keep going. I picked a dark gel polish so I figured it would be ok. The polish was not ok so she had to put a black base under the color to not see a difference in color from color acrylic to regular. I didn’t have time to start over with a new set so I agreed it was ok and would get a new set next time. The next night I noticed a bubble in the polish that started peeling. I called and they said they would fix the polish but if I wanted to do a new set, since I wasn’t happy with them from start, I’d have to pay the difference from the refill. Now it’s been just 4 days since my refill and 2 more nails have peeled and the refilled acrylic chipped. So I now have 3 broken nails. I don’t live in Lafayette so I can’t just up and go whenever to get 1 nail fixed. It is a very nice place so even though a little higher priced than my normal place, I may continue to go for pedicures strictly from Ben.
