The owners take tremendous pride in their family business. The location is convenient and the interior is immaculate. I have been a client for many years and have always left with satisfaction and gratitude. Amazes me at times the attitude some people have when they arrive late or unscheduled. Yet, the owners make every effort to accommodate. While I am not a hand model, I have included a photo to show the high quality provided!

I’d give a zero if I could. My girlfriend is pregnant so I brought her here for pedicures thinking it will help relax her and feel good on her feet. This was not the case we walked in and were not offered anything just told to sit down we said we wanted pedicures and normally you can pick what type etc. We had our toe nails clipped and soaked in water with maybe a 3 minute rub on both feet!!!!! We were in and out of the chairs in 13 minutes!!!! They were not rushed and had no other customers ” I don’t wonder why”….. then we were charged $50 each no way will never go back again..

By far the worst experience and service I have ever had at a nail salon. The male employee was rude and rough. Was just trying to treat my mother to a nice day out and he made her cry. In addition he left nail polish all around the nails and the nails were left with sharp edges. Will not go back here or recommended this place to anyone. Save your money.

When I arrived and walked through the door there was just two people in the establishment, one man and one woman.The man asked me 3 times if I had an appointment and I replied 3 times yes at 3:00. I felt a little like an inconvenience. So He did my pedicure and the woman did my manicure. Not the best I’ve ever had. They did both my manicure and my pedicure at the same time in the massage chair, like they were pressed for time. I tried to make conversation but got nothing. I gave them 3 stars out of 5 because everyone has an off day. But I won’t go there again.

Terrible! Didn’t give me or my boyfriend a list of services for pedicures or tell us prices at all, 55 bucks for mine it lasted maybe 25 minutes total and 38 for my boyfriends and it was 12 minutes total!!! Absolutely unacceptable. Also both staff members were super unfriendly, the man who did my pedicure also cut me and tried to hide that he did. DO NOT GO HERE.

I had a very disappointing experience with Key nails. When I called to make an appointment for a polish change, they were short and unfriendly on the phone. GPS took me to the wrong area of the shopping plaza. When I called Key Nails to get direction help, they were again short if not rude. They HUNG UP on me twice in a row. I finally found them. When I entered the building not a single employee said hello or smiled. The lady who did my nails immediately barked at me to pick my color which I did very quickly. I was in and out of there for the polish change in under 10 mins (I timed it). They charged me $18 for this very basic service. I will never return here.

Went in for a gel mani and pedi. Pedi came out ok, but mani did not. The lady did not work on my cuticles at all, and gel polish got on my cuticles and within the first day, started to peel off at the base of my nails. It was very rushed and sloppy.

I’ve seen all the positive reviews and I’m perplexed. I had an acrylic refill done and honestly it was one of the worst in 35 years (yes, years) of having my acrylic nails done. The tech was very nice but not very knowledgeable. The nails on each hand have different shapes, the polish looks lumpy. So disappointed after all the positive reviews I read.
