If you suffer from pain this is the place to go! The owner Janelle is amazing and approaches massage in a very special way. She truly addresses the root of your pain. She’s started hiring others who practice the same techniques. Today my appointment was with Destinye. She was already aware of my problem areas when I arrived and focus on those throughout the session. Destinye was also very nice and easy to talk to, if you’re into conversation during massage. I highly recommend a massage from anyone who works at kinetic restoration. Janelle has very high standards for the therapists she chooses to hire. You will not be disappointed!

Since starting massage sessions with Janelle she’s helped ease a lot of the pain and helped my body recover faster every time I go to her. She’s super knowledgeable and you can tell she really loves her job and really wants to help people get better. Kinetic Restoration is one of the best massage therapy practices I’ve ever been to anywhere that I’ve lived the past 10 years. The owner, Janelle, is extremely talented and knowledgeable, and she has really taken her offerings to the next level with her new studio space. She is much more than your typical “spa” style massage therapist, with her extensive anatomical and kinetics/mobility knowledge, and her background in physical therapy, personal training/nutrition, injury prevention and recovery, natural/holistic healthcare, and massage. She also very compassionate and truly cares about helping people heal and recover from chronic pain. She uses several different methods to enhance the massage work, such as guided exercises and stretches, cupping (thanks to Janelle I have become a HUGE first-hand believer in the benefits of this!), taping, heat, etc. She is also very communicative during my sessions with her, making sure I’m comfortable, checking in with me to see how things are feeling, making adjustments as necessary and always making sure I’m getting the relief I’m seeking. I have also been to another therapist at Janelle’s practice, Destinye, who is also fantastic. I would highly recommend Kinetic Restoration to anyone looking for massage therapy, pain relief, and better physical health and comfort.
