I went here for the first and last time today. . Way over priced, my nails are messy and terrible paint job ( uneven paint and not even on my tips. The lady started off good with making them even but quickly gave up on cleaning them up. ) , there’s clear gel polish on my fingers, & I also got cut by the sander. I was charged $78 for acrylic coffin nails , with a basic French tip with gems on two fingers.. Any other place I’ve been to charged between $50-65 for amazing nails with gems. I’m very disappointed. Save your money and go somewhere else. I was quoted $100+ for the first picture. .

I came with a clear picture of what I wanted but left with something else. When I politely brought it to the techs attention, I was told “it’s okay, not important”. She also cut me, more than once while preoccupied w/ the other techs. To top it off I was overcharged for the service I received. I still paid and even left a (smaller than usual) tip. I’m hoping this was a one off and not a common occurrence.

I visit Kim’s every 2 weeks. Jessica is my nail technician and we have a great rapport. I will continue to go back because of the customer service. Also, she does the best eyelash extensions on this side of the Bay Bridge.

me & my friend went into kim’s nails & spa to get a pedicure & our acrylics refilled. i showed the older lady a picture of white ombré nails that i wanted for my senior pictures. she said that she would have to take my nails that i have on now off because of the powder she needed to use. i told her that was fine. so once she started she ended up not taking my original acrylics off & just putting the powder on top of the old powder. my nails now look like they have white underneath & pink like a little kid did them. won’t ever go back to this salon for a refill or anything specific. the young girl that did my toes was amazing & nice.

I do not recommend this nail salon at all I asked for short almond shaped nails not only did they make them extremely long but they all curved under the paint job was horrible. Not to mention the nail is way to thick she made my finger bleed about five times I will not be going back
